The normal fur bunnies
I own a few normal fur breed rabbits, this means they were bred (and still are in some cases) bred for there fur. I however do not bred for fur, I bred to try and improve the stock I have. I will not be breeding many so I may not have kits available all the time. Most of the fur rabbits I have are low maintains and are friendly due to lots of handling as I hopefully will be showing this year.
Pictured on this page are my stud animals they are NOT for sale.

SATIN
The satin rabbit has a fantastic sheen to the coat (this is very hard to capture in a photo esp on the ivories) giving them the name satin. Once put in sunlight you really can appreciate this breed. Everyone who enters the shed will comment on them. They reach a weight of 6lb-8lb when fully grown so they make a good size rabbit. The are extremely dopey, docile buns. They are very clean so make fab house rabbits like the French lops. Bucks have very chunky heads , the does being more feminine with a narrower head. Ears are upright that shouldn't be too long. I have a lovely small very typey stud of them but im hoping to introduce more colour into my stud producing coloured satins, fingers crossed!! BRC ring size is E.
